Ne olduğunu bilmiyorum ya!!

I dont know what happened= Ne olduğunu bilmiyorum
I dont know what will happen= Ne olacağını bilmiyorum
I dont know whats happening= ???
It seems to me as though everyone uses the first one for past and present tense... but then again I also see..
"Ne oluyor bilmiyorum"
This however, seems just like MSN talk... or maybe Im wrong.. Can it be used in everyday conversation & actually be correct??

he put the "mi" on the word "sen" to highlight the fact that I was asking 
and evt bn soruom ya... kafam karıştı işte...  napim... dha soru sormim istersen :'( ???

You mean he can emphasize using the question tool too ?
İ thought we do this only with verbs.

Omg,i would never thought we can do this,
İ've learnt that (mI ) always come at the end of the sentence,or comes then kişi eki,so i thought that is unchangable,but i guess Türkçe is really a flexible language.
İs there something else we can use it to make emphasize ?

Yes. Move the part with MI closer to the verb.
Ali yarın sınav için trenle İstanbula gidecek.
Ali is going to İstanbul by train for the exam tomorrow.
Yarın sınav için trenle İstanbula Ali mi gidecek?
Somebody is going to İstanbul by train for the exam tomorrow. Is it Ali?
Ali sınav için trenle İstanbula yarın mı gidecek?
Ali is going to İstanbul by train for the exam sometime in the future. Is it tomorrow?
Ali yarın trenle İstanbula sınav için mi gidecek?
Ali is going to İstanbul for something by train tomorrow. Is it for the exam?

You are right, Ceyda. The past participle -dik can also be used for the present as well as the past:
Dün orda ne olduğunu bilmiyorum.(past)
Orda ne olduğunu bilmiyorum. (present),or you can also say
"Orda ne oluyor, bilmiyorum."
In the sentence "(Dün)Orda ne olduğunu bilmiyorum" the past participle becomes the object of the main verb. In this case the participle takes the case endings appropriate to the main verb.

so just saying,
"bana ne oluyor böyle, bilmiyorum" is correct yeah?
