It must be hard to catch the driver, as there are so many. I suspect that the van was treated accordingly by it's owner.

the sickening thing is, is that the driver got out of the van and looked at Elliott and then drove off (most likely in panic) and it was infront of his 9 year old brother...god that poor boy
