A display of dishes, baked in "tandýr", traditional Turkish pit oven.

Dishes are prepared in a special way: clay pot with ingradients has been closed by dough and then baked in the oven . So when the dish is ready for eating, yo have to cut the bread at the top of the clay to be able to open it :) Interesting and really tasty! (Location: Ürgüp)
