Sorry SuiGeneris, this I don't understand. That word is in one of my exercises. If it does not exist, is there a name of soup that looks like it? Maybe it is a typo in the exercise.

it is the special name of that soup...
it is more than a simple "mercimek" soup...
as it has some rice, "bulgur" and some spices

I don't know, it's just a word in my exercise I need to translate for my teacher and it's not in my dictionary here at home nor in the one on this site. So I hoped you could help me but don't ask what kind of soup, I never heard of it before.

I remembered a thread in the Recipes Forum about "bride soup" or something and yes, here it is!

Yes. The recipe is in English so you can see which ingredients are in the soup.

What is so special about Aleppo pepper? I think I've never had it and if I have, I don't know.

The thing with peppers is that you can't just use any pepper in a dish. When it says Aleppo, it's for a reason. There are so many differences in taste, using another one could ruin the dish.
I'll post a link to a kitchen dictionary in the Recipes forum, not because I am so obedient to the forum rules but because I don't want that link to sink into oblivion
