hi
here comes help from a native speaker
if you want to learn proper turkish stay away from chat or sms mesages like this. this is bad turkish indeed. Direct translation is as follows. (I dont have turkish fonts now sorry.)

merhaba hayatým seni çok özledim (hi my life(honey) i missed you so much.) seninle konuþmak istiyorum (i want to talk to you). bu akþam internet adresini açarmisin (can you open(activate) your internet adresse (account) tonight?) internet adresini açtýðýn zaman beni açarsýn (when you activate your account, open me (contact me).seni çok seviyorum kendine iyi bak bu akþam görüþürüz by bye (i love you so much, take care, see you tonight bye.)

My guess is that he wants her to add him...that would at least be common sense if he wants her to open i. e. a msn-adress...so that they can chat!
Make sense to me anyway...but of course...I don´t know turkish...
