how to pronounce askim

could anyone tell me how to say askim....

whats the a lke and is the s like sh ??

a makes the sound like in the word car and yes s makes sh sound

and don't forget about "i" which is actually "ı" - aşkım, and is pronounced like...hmmm..."like the e in halted" - this is what dictionary says.

Sorry - but the final vowel is 'ı' and not 'i' so it is a very short and hard sound.

AŞKIM

A= like the a in car
Ş= like the sh in short
K
I= like the i in cousin
M
