'i asked the hotel but they said because i have already booked and paid for a single room through thomas cook they cant change it because all rooms are taken for august'

thanks in advance if anyone can translate this for me!

Otele sordum. Fakat Thomas Cook aracılığıyla tek kişilik oda için rezervasyon ve ödeme yaptığım için, otelin Ağustos ayında dolu olması sebebiyle bunu değiştiremezler.
