The question remains: Why doesn't he contact you? If he doesn't have credits for his cell phone, he surely can use the cell phone of a friend for once?

Probably he is with someone (maybe even ex wife and her family) that he doesn't want to know who he is ringing. Turkey is a group society at all times, but especially at Bayram. It is not so easy to just go off by yourself for 15 minutes to make a phone call.

My fiancee is a very honest man been together 10 years have a child together. He has an ex wife and his eldest brother who thehandsom spoke to doesnt believe in our relationship as he is religious and believes marriage should be for life, He doesnt speak to me so Im confident that his brothers theory is not the case. Fingers are cossed

i hope everything works out ok for you.
this is one of my worst fears with my boyfriend, me not being able to contact him and not knowing whats going on. i really feel for you hun.

Thankyou everyone for your kind replies. Well its been 1 week now. His phone is still off Im hoping he has blocked his sim by mistake or broken his phone and hasnt got my number to call me. I have called his home so many times he never answers just his family. Im not even sure if he is in his home town. I really dont trust what his brother has said, as he and my fiance dont get a long and dont speak. I know the family will not tell him I have called. I just need to know whats going on where he is and why is phones off. Anybody else with a Turkish partner please make sure you have lots of contact numbers. This situation is terrible.

Perhaps he has good but UNFORTUNATELY VERY SHORT MEMORY.And easy going attitude to life.
In order to make a woman worry so much,to make her think what may have happened and to make her spend time and money on private investigation ONE must be such a man!
