There isn´t anything in the garden

Which one of the following is correct?

1- Bahçede hiç bir şey değil

2- Bahçede hiç bir şey yok

3- Bahçede herhangi bir şey değil

4- Bahçede herhangi bir şey yok

In other words, when we went to say "anything", when do we use hiç and when do we use herhangi?

And if we want to say "there isn´t", when do we use yok and when do we use değil?

Hiç = nothing

Herhangi = any

There isn´t anything = hiç birşey yok

It´s not that there isn´t anything = hiç birşey yok değil

There is something = birşey var

It´s not that there is something = birşey var değil

There is no need for "değil" when there is "yok".
