I quit 7 years ago. That was the best decision I've ever made. Never ever missed the experience...

I think I read recently that the body craves for only about 2 weeks. After that it's the smoking timetable one used to have that is the main problem. Hang on in there. iy will be worth it

...I feel as if I could kill for a cigarett right now...but I think I will save my killings for other purposes!
...I am proud of myself...35 hours without smoking!

...I am a heartless bitch...now more than ever...and proud of that one too! ...for the ones that might feel uncomfortable with my use of the word bitch, I recommend this site!

Hope the smoking stop works out for you. I think the first days/weeks are the worst it can only go one way from this point
My grandmother smoked ages ago and she's been putting a cigarette pack worth of money into accounts for us, the grandchildren, for many years and there's been a nice payoff
Smoking is really just a waste of money

But it's also so nice...Aslan, I'm with you - I quit 24 hours ago - not because I wanted but rather due to circumstances, but for the following 9 months at least I'll have to deal without my friends of 15 years

They are not your real friends when they are trying to kill you slowly. You can do without them, you are much better than that

I have discovered the miracle of food - if you spend 3 hours in the kitchen making dinner you forget that you want to smoke, then read a book, then spend your time at TC...nah, I still miss smoking
