No problem - I assume you won't be claiming child support then? If you are then its MY BUSINESS too

Next time try taking the pill instead of just saying "condom" and then doing nothing when he ignores you

Good luck

Sure....I have no interest in your lack of contraception thanks - just reading what you are publically posting on this forum You have to be pretty irresponsible for the pill NOT to work - but I am sure you have a great reason

Of course I do, but apparently PamCoop isn't up for it...she just likes us to know her personal business, but WE ABSOLUTELY CAN'T HAVE AN OPINION....I think her and Dudu make a perfect couple, and of course there is a valid reason why she is pregnant, and we should be more sympathetic to the plight of a young girl who goes to Turkey and gets pregnant by a man she can't even talk to. Let's not be so mean to have an opinion about this!!

its always interesting to know other peoples opinions.
i personally think that sharing and reading different opinions gives us more knowledge on different subjects.

there are so many kinds of contraceptions to choose
and if none of them work, you shouldnt have sex right and left.

It is possible she was ill with sickness or stomach upset which would stop the birth control pill being effective so maybe you shouldnt be quite so judgemental in this instance.

There is enough compassion in this world for people who "make mistakes". That is why we have the highest rate of single parents and teen parents in Europe and why we are raising a generation of psychopaths.

You are so ignorant Sera. You call me fascist for not having enough compassion for grown adults who make bad decisions but YOU don't seem to have compassion is for the thousands of neglected, ill-treated and IGNORED children in this country. That is where MY compassion lies.

Have you never seen teen mothers out at night with their babies and toddlers in the early hours of the morning. These "poor mothers" smoking, drinking and taking drugs while their children are freezing cold and tired? This is just the TIP of the iceberg. Don't you wonder what goes on at home when they are finally allowed to sleep? Its a growing epidemic and THIS is just the example of teen parents. There are thousands of cases of ignored and neglected children every day.

My facts are from the Child Protection Agency and its a subject close to my heart. Go and play Saint Sera somewhere else.

It seems that we are never going to agree on this issue. We have fundamentally different views so how about we just leave it at that.I take on board that there are children who are neglected etc as there is in every society and country in the world. What matters is how we deal with the issue. In my mind the only way forward with that is to be caring, understanding and helpful as far as we can. Thats why i am training to be a social worker i really want to help people what ever their situation.

As always, the usual suspects, find a personal request for translation, and spend pages and pages insulting and stereo-typing. I have never seen such desperation for attention. And no, it's not just you reading it thinking they are psycho. I get many pm's from people who think same!

I believe that it takes two to tango but it is the WOMAN'S body and it is up to her to say NO! If he then choses to rape her it is NO longer her fault...I do not believe this to be the case here.

I just think we are forgetting the worst part of all.......the poor innocent baby is being used to MANIPULATE the man.....who I assume from the previous posts is far too young to accept full responsibilty for his actions it seems......maybe the very young woman, who is aparently quite beautiful can be lucky enough to find a replacement father for the baby in her own country or maybe her family will step in to assist in raising it.

There are some woman, even young ones who can handle raising a baby and accept ALL that goes along with it. Hopefully this child will not have to suffer the same things as others do.

Unfortunately the more sensible decision (in this extreme case) to choose not to have it was not chosen after all.

For the sake of this child, lets just pray for its well being since the milk is already spilled.........

I'm just scratching my head as I read this post. Who in this forum hasn't suffered pain before? I hope in your time of suffering, no one was there to take joy in your sorrow. None of us live in glass houses. We all have put ourselves in circumstances that are less than ideal. Privately, we can think about another persons flaws, but publically, it would be better to show a little compassion (or say nothing at all). Especially a complete stranger tht you nothing about. Does it feel superior to judge this girl? I pray for this girl and her unborn child that they find security and happiness that we all deserve in this life.

If only having compassion prevented people from doing stupid things. Of course we have all done stupid things but most of us have never broadcasted them on a public forum...several times. Sorry, Keith, but if you post something publically, then I think you should take the good with the bad. She got her translation. She doesn't have to read anything else.

So when any member of society shows their vulnerabity in public, good to know that you live in a society where you think its OK to public humiliate them. Does this make you feel superior somehow?
Enjoying the common drama that goes on with a holiday romance is one thing. Shaming a pregnant woman is quite another. I'm shocked Elizabeth. I really am. This may be the most disgusting abuse of an individual I have ever seen at TLC. Any person with an ounce of self-asteem or compassion would never have acted in this way. You should all be ashamed of yourselves...

Nobody dragged her out and forced her to tell her story, Keith. I am shocked that she doesn't feel shame for herself. She sleeps with a man she can't even communicate with, gets pregnant and because I have an opinion about it, I am supposed to be ashamed?

Keith, a Forum is a place where we publically discuss issues. That is my understanding of it anyway. I am sorry if I have an opinion contrary to yours but I do have a right to express it.

Keith, I think your judgement on people who have commented on this matter is a bit harsh. I think that the social implications of this young women's situation touch on many things and people have strong feelings about it. This isn't something that happens once in a while..it happens very often in modern society and I can't speak for everyone but I struggle to understand how people can get themselves into this situation.

thank you and I agree so much with you Keith... like i've said before I love to read the translations for most of them are about love but sometimes I find posts like this one where people don't translate but judge and abuse others. These is translation post and if people would like to help translate they can do that and if they read a post they don't like, they have the freedom to move on to the next one. Stay out of people's business..

Nobody knows this lady. Maybe. But what is she writing?
i did not read all the posts here, but, if you read the initial post:

Quoting PamCoop:

You are so cute / sweet

this is shurely a statement to make -if preferred as statement- to a new aquintance, whom you're interested in, not the father of your future child together. This continues with:

Quoting PamCoop:

Even if you don’t love me please love our baby

which practically could mean her self-sacrifice towards the life she hosts. I do not think these kind of 'sacrifices', which mean a love transfer do good to a relationship and ESPECIALLY to the child, the new member to enter a potential family. Agaves (majestuous) are a plant specia, the plant gives up all the seva and supplies accumulated when flourishing. But it does it one time through it's lifetime, than dies. Now why should she be loved for the sake of her child? Or bill out her happiness? will that assure her a deep relationship, which again, will reflect on the child? i strongly doubt!

And here comes the end:

Quoting PamCoop:

How was your birthday?

What logic and connection is between the former phrase and this last sentence here? This is but an emotional turn-over. Can you see any logic? The only one i can is called sweet-talking a guy. Honeyyy, cutie-pie, love my baby darling, you know i want everything that you like, how was your birthday?

Now re-read:

Quoting PamCoop:

You are so cute / sweet
Even if you don’t love me please love our baby
How was your birthday?

Then read it like this:

Quoting PamCoop:

You are so cute / sweet
That ice-cream we ate together was incredibly tasty.
How was your birthday?

Now why does it make much more sense like this? Because it has! (i must admit i was rhetorical here )))))

And to answer your question:

Quoting yazmin_cita:

Judgemental people are free of sin???????

Nope, they are not. Rarely you will find a person without sins, and if you find, they will be most probably in a religious connection. But judging exists for a long time.It expresses values, concepts, beliefs. Merely saying what you said above is a sin of rethorical overdose instead of making a clear statement.

Referring to women that ridiculize Pam, as it was said here above-i personally find no content whatsoever in ridiculising her situation. Or any situation like this.
I just wonder though if attitudes like Pam's are not ridiculizing women-hood?

This is hard, I wish I could be with you

Im sad I cant come to you this month

I just felt him (the baby) moving, he moves a lot now days...

Do you miss me?

How much?

I need to be with you in April, I can’t do it myself(referring to the birth)

Im so scared

When will you come to msn the next time?

It’s very hard for me because I need you so much

You are so cute / sweet

Even if you don’t love me please love our baby

Well, her situation is sad...I didnt want to give my opinion because I have mixed feelings , by reading this I see her as a person who is begging for love...I think she must have a low self-esteem to do this , I would never write something like that to a man , much less if he left me being PREGNANT and even after all of this , one line says " You are so cute / sweet "
I was in shock after reading that line!!!!!!! ...sweet a man who left you in this situation and doesnt care for the way you feel?...

Please , dont beg anymore, go on with your life I am sure you are a strong woman , take care of your baby which is the most important, take care of yourself and maybe you think that what you shared with this man was love, maybe you think you still love him because of the baby but if he made you go through all of this...do you still think this man deserves to be loved? ... the answer is quite obvious.
Good luck Pam!

For your information...not that it is any of your business... The sentances she has asked here for translation are not all for the one message. She asks for sentances to be translated that she would like to say to him, not in the one message. As for saying you are cute/sweet...I say that to my husband all time, he is the father of my child..what is ridiculous about it? And the guy didn't leave her, you know NOTHING of their relationship. So many of you think you know all about her situation and relationship because of a few lines she has asked for translation, then put 2& 2 together , and come up with 5! You dont know about it, she's not asking for opinions, and some of the opinions that are coming out are so judgemental, and closed-minded its ridiculous. Mind your own business.

Secondly : If you expose your case , such a private thing like this, IN A PUBLIC FORUM , you must be aware of the fact that people might start to give their opinions about this if you dont want this, then send a PM to kind members here and as someone says , save us the drama...
To finish , I wish nothing but good luck to her if you re-read my post (which you should do )
Thank you.
