I think you may have to un-ignore him to send him the bill.  
Well..
I am afraid it is too late for un-ignoring NOW..
I have checked my sent pms and after that incident, apperantly I have sent 127 pms to her.
If I was not in the ignore list of that person, she would have read those lovely pms and who knows, we could have been having a cup of coffee in Rotterdam right now..
Such a waste really..
And, now, I am using my ignore list too!!
