i think its a simple statment but im not sure...and im pretty sure that it may be written in slang, the words may not be spelled correctly...could i maybe get a exact translation plz? thnks

 I guess that before "nin" there was a name or something... so it comes as

"It is strange that X´s not feeling anything anymore."

IMO it´s incorrect. I think it says something about ´feeling strange´
