Because life needs to be lived and I like a challenge, I am considering cycling from London to Paris next July in aid of charity. It will take 4 days to cycle the 300 or so miles and then you finish in time to see the end of the Tour De France.

I have got to decide and then pay my registration fee of £99. I then have to get sponsorship of £1000.

Just to put you in the picture, as well as running I like cycling and on a nice sunny day will cycle anywhere between 30 and 50 miles, depending on how much is down hill

Just wondered what you all thought - is she crazy or what? Your opinions could help me decide

I think you should do it. Live life to the fullest and this will be a memory you will never forget. I wish I had the endurance to do something so challenging. Go for it!

The bike ride is at the end of July kai so if you were to curtail your America visit you might be able to squeeze it in leaving you August free
