Painful! Know how that feels, but I was not allowed to take painkillers in case I did more damage

yeeeeeeeeees very painful!! thank goodness the chiropractor is helping to get everything back into place and unherniate the disc!! if this does not work .. it will be a block to si/sacrum and L5/S1 ..
