yeeeeeeeeees very painful!! thank goodness the chiropractor is helping to get everything back into place and unherniate the disc!! if this does not work .. it will be a block to si/sacrum and L5/S1 ..

I had to do exercises and I went to a physio, I don't trust chiropractors after a bad experience! It took one month to heal.
