I'm not sure about this...
I have many friends out in Turkey who are celebrating Seker Bayrami, do they send any greetings (ie cards/letters etc) to friends and family?
I've been looking for E Greetings on the internet but cannot find any. Just wondered if they sent them?
Thanks

I have never seen a card shop in Turkey yet, so I don't think it is normal to send cards, not like the UK, or USA.
Just a nice wish here to all our Turkish friends on TC to enjoy their holiday!!

Thanks libralady...I was just wondering. Perhaps it would just be more appropriate for me to send them a regular message through email or text or something rather than an E-Card.
Actually...you're right. I've never seen a SINGLE card shop. So does that mean they don't give birthday cards either?

Bir şey değil Melek,
From what i know Birthday celebration is not a big deal for Turkish.
Many dont celebrate it.

Can't say I blame them either!! I think we make far to much fuss with birthdays when you reach a certain age, you wish they would go in reverse, instead of being reminded by cards! But I am forever 21 in my head

Türk olmayı onur, Müslümanlığı gurur sayanların, bol yıldızlı değil AY YILDIZLI bayrak altında saf tutanların bayramı kutlu ocağı bereketli olsun...

Thanks yuzu for the link for the e-cards. It is wonderful. I noticed that you can change the directions to English on that site.
