I'm afraid I'm not great at cooking desserts, they are my weak point! But if it's from a mix I shine!

for inside you can put strawberry jam amd cream, or a butter cream which will last longer which is butter and icing sugar beaten together. for the top you could simply dust with icing sugar and decorate with strawberries

Anyone knows how do we make those small sugar flowers which we use them to decorate the cake ?
And how do we colour them using natural things ?

The easiest way: take some rahat-lokum and powdered sugar, make a "dough" of it, spread it with roller (as thin as possible) and cut out petals, leaves etc. Then you join them into flowers and give them the shape you want. But I cannot help much about colours... You can use few drops of some fruit syrup, but you can gain only a few colours that way. I use artificial colours, I admit.

Fruit juice is the best natural colourant for a cake. There are better dyes, but they are usually vegetable dyes so wont taste good with a sweet cake. Remember to use INSTEAD of water in the icing, otherwise you will make the icing too thin.

Real cochineal is natural, but made from crushed cochineal insects....

İs this what you meant by icing and water incuded ?

INGREDIENTS
1 cup shortening
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons clear imitation vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon almond extract
1/2 cup water
8 cups sifted confectioners' sugar
DIRECTIONS
Mix shortening, water, vanilla, almond extract, and half of the powdered sugar with a mixer for 5-10 minutes. (it's very important to mix this long)
Add the rest of the powdered sugar and beat just enough to mix in.
Add additional water for desired consistency

I think this link might help you in your search. It is a great website to use and you can search dishes from around the world.

I have to admit I have never used it though because I have my own cooking skills that I am very proud of (ineheritance mainly - Uncle Can was a chef...mother great cook along with many members of my dads side of the family)

Nevertheless my friend always uses it to help her, and her puddings always turn out very nice, and makes cooking for her "a piece of cake"

Hope this helps
P.S. sorry for the lame joke lol.
