İ'm not very good in using those symbols, but here is what i know of them,
2 means ء
2' means أ
3 means ع
3' means غ

This all what i know.

And for this in the Turkish translation,so
İt can be, can sıkmak Türkçede.

im only asking, wht letter the 2 stands for. T or?

hi
in arabic there are more letters than in english, so when we write sms we use some numbers to symbolise letters
here for example it was written as me2ayyar instead of me'ayyar

Arabic has only 22 letters compared to 26 in english...
reason we end to use symbols and numbers when writing in ltain alphabets {english, spanish, turkish, etc.} is because Latin is not supportive to Arabic. Latin and greek have less sounds than Arabic, but has more unnecessary letters.

m2ayyar ..(Mssyyar= Motta'a)

Thse are form of temporary marriage, or a contract to co habit.
it is agreed in advance what each party will provide the other duirng the term (term can be anything form 30 minutes to years, but termination date is required)
The contract also stipulates settleemnt at the end of the contract.
Its much more civiled than cohabiting in lets say U.K. wher at the end ther can be alot of acrimonious feelings.
A

so what does this temporary 'contract' allow them to do then? and doesn't it make a slight mockery of marriage just my opinion

It sounds like a very good idea to me! Why on earth does it make a mockery of marriage? Marriage does that well enough on its own!! People go in to marriage promising to be with eachother "until they die", "to be faithfull" - how many achieve this?

I am not against marriage at all, but I would not make such a promise unless I was SURE. At least this contract covers the legal aspects of living with someone and avoids anyone losing money or property if you separate.
