the definition of mssyyar is:
a couple getting married for some time but THE FEMALE is giving up some or ALL of her rights
that means the wife has no rights on her husband, he comes to her whenever he wants, he doesnt have to pay anything as "family support"...etc
thats why in my opinion its just a mockery of marriage and only desperate women can do such a thing
when there is real marriage why to go for mssyyar marriage unless the guy is not serious or the girl is tooo desperate
mssyyar is a mockery of marriage

Ahh! hahaha - I thought it was too good to be true! In that case, again - I would say it's NOT a mockery of marriage, just another example of the sexism which still seems rife in some countries. I would imagine women have few more rights in their marriage either
I could only judge my earlier posts on Ametis's description of this contract!

yea i thought u will agree robyn
and as aenigma x said it's just all about sexism
but it drives me crazy when the girl herself accepts such a thing and gives up her rights
