In fact it is about possessive suffixes and not accusative, değil mi?

''su'' and ''ne'' are exceptions in Turkish.
Neyi
Suyu
''nesi'' is posibble as well...
Isabel'in neyi-nesi var?
Isabel'in bir bardak suyu var.
