I wish to add something to my list....

All my family back (not just my dad, though that hurts the most)...I am so lucky I still have one person left in my life - my mom. I dread to think what would happen if I lost her .......anyway people have a great christmas with your familes

I'd like to be with my family in Ireland for Christmas but I can't as I work in Italy (and I'll be working on Christmas Day at 8am!!). However I will phone them on Christmas morning so at least I can hear their voices.

All I want for Christmas is for all my loved ones to be safe and healthy. And also to have him celebrate my birthday, spend christmas and countdown to the new year together. The latter is a wish which won't come true this year...

Quoting bliss:

How sad!
I just lost my dad.

If tears could build a stairway, and memories a lane, I'd walk right up to Heaven and bring him home again...

Me too, and my 23 year old nephew 4 days previous. I'm lucky though, I have a large family and we're all holding each other up. My wish is for those who have lost someone special this year but have no-one to give them comfort. May God give them peace xx
