But if I can ask a technical question...could it have been vermeyebilirim instead of veremem?

Anyway if you say veremeyebilirim it means i may not give you to yourself. Use seni sana vermem imkansız in my opinion. Actually i have some problems in modals in english

now the correct translation:
I'd love to give you the most beautiful thing of the world, but, I am sorry, I cant. You know why?

I can not give you yourself (this means you are already the most beautiful thing of the world)

I hope you can catch the point, look at example below:
I can give you the pen >>> here we must understand when translate "to you" as sana "san kalemi verebilirim.

as in the original examle there are 2 adjective "seni" and sana" so we must use both of them.
