i read the topics on the site cyberlove.com and i had the same story so i borrowed the lines:
I would like to talk about the IRC primarily. Initially I did not believe that a relationship could begin from this, how could I have come to know someone when all I saw were black letters on a screen and not even a voice to behold.

It was completely accidental, the way we met, we've never even knew of each other before. One night just out of boredom I connected to the net and went into a chat room. I initiated the conversation by clicking his nick because his nick seemed familiar to me. We began talking and he gave me his e-mail address and I gave mine too. My friends told me that love in the net is 100% lies and I didn’t believe them. Not telling what had happened next, we had it, but ended up easily. I think cyberlove comes instantly and gone instantly too.

I’m not saying all, maybe other chatters were lucky enough to find their partners in life thru this way. Well wishing them the best of bests.

For those lucky people, for you

I would like to share this poem i got from which i can no longer remember where:

Love On The Net
Author: Julia

Is this the fire we are playing with...
The one that people talk about?
If this is it..
I want it so bad

I don't ever want it to go out...
To see your name light up on the screen...
Is just the best feeling
I just want to scream...

It just warms my Heart to see that message flash
Knowing its a I miss you or I'll be right back
I know it is wrong...but I want it to last...
To last through the night and into a new day

To feel all your energy that you always portray
My Deep Friendship for you is so honest and true.
I want you to know this...I really do...
You make my mornings so bright and so clear...

I take a deep breathe and I think of you here
You are my soul mate.
Was I searching for you...
Maybe I was...is this all true.

I pinch myself to make sure this isn't a dream
It hurts...so it mustn't have been
I know its real.....as it feels so good
We are one you and me...

Living so far apart....
We may meet one day...
Just you and me
But time will tell

We'll just have to see.

This is a follow-up to my sad story. I kept believing this: God heals the broken heart but He has to have all the pieces and God replaces the lost one with a better one. One day while i was on my official business trip (place withheld for privacy), my officemate gave me an msn address and she said he wants to know you and he gave me this. Well, without any interest and not to embarrass my friend, i opened my pc and opened my msn. There, i added the msn my friend gave me and wow, he was online and accepted asap my invitation. We chatted for almost the whole night. The next morning, while i was on my way back to the office, i had a visitor there and ummmpppp, my chatmatelol, i discovered that his office was just parallel to our office. To make long story short, well friends you know what i mean and yes up to now, we chat and my heart is slowly recovering from the pains from my past sad experience. Maybe meeting from the internet needs to be followed up by personal meeting
