When there is no verb in a sentence, where does the subject go - still near the begining???

For example are these correct:
This is our last evening is İstanbul

Bu akşam biz son İstanbul'da
İstanbul'da biz bu akşam son
İstanbul'da biz son bu akşam

there cannot be a sentence without a verb and there is a verb (olmak) in your sentence

I think it should be like this:

Bu Istabul`da son akşamımızdır.
or
Son akşamımız Istanbul`da bu(dur).

Bod, I think that the present of the verb 'to be' can be ommited only in the 3rd person, singular or plural. In this case, it's better using a comma after the subject.

Example:

Bu kız, güzel.
Bu kız güzeldir.

Bu bizim son akşamımız İstanbul'da.
Bu son akşamımız İstanbul'da.
İstanbul'da bu bizim son akşamımız.
Son akşamımız bu bizim İstanbul'da.
İstanbul'da son akşamımız bu bizim.
İstanbul'da bizim son akşamımız bu.
...
They're all correct

Does this mean the /ı/ is missing from the entry for uğraşmak in the dictionary???

if it is not a verb, for example "ödev" (homework):
ödevle uğraşacağım.
It has /la/ << dictionary says so.

if it is a verb, it is /a/ (not /ı/)
