I assume this is an idiomatic expression, Native Speakers please help.
Thanks Gezbelle, Your versions of the second half seems much better. But in the first part, isn't he just asking somebody to come over for coffee?

the verb koymak has many meanings.
you notice the -dum suffix, meaning 1st person singular past.
i'm thinking the 1st part is now:
come i broke a coffee cup.

I made all preparations for a meeting

Bardağa kola doldurdum.
But it is better to say the name of the cup that is used for the action to not to confuse with other things.
Çay iyi olmamıştı, o yüzden döktük. (waste)
Kahveyi dolaba mı koyuyorsun? (Keep)
