My attempt: bu aksam sohbet icin tesekkur ederim. onu cok hoslandim. Lutfen kendine dikkat et ve unut daima seni seviyorum

it should be "unutma" though. The rest seems okay to me, but I am also learning, so better wait for other replies.

Thank you! Unutma was a stupid mistake, but anyway I was at the right way.

"unutma" means "don't forget", but it is written "remember" in the text, and "kendine dikkat et" means "take care of yourself", but it is written "be careful" which means "dikkatli ol". so the rest of the sentence should be like this:

Lütfen dikkatli ol ve seni daima sevdiğimi hatırla.
