I learned=ben ogrendim.
I swung=ben salladim.
I have written=ben yazdim
I swam=ben Yuzdum

I'll give you a few examples;
let's take 'I learned';
I learned=Ben ogrendim
I was to learn=Ben ogrenmis oldum
I wanted to learn=Ben ogrenmek istedim/ben ogrenecektim(i was supposed to be learning)
I am learning=Ben ogreniyorum
I will learn=Ben ogrenecegim
I was learning=Ben ogreniniyordum
can you get it from this or would you like more info?

Sorry, I think I need more information about present perfect and past simple tense. I don't know if they are same or different in turkish.

This is Turkish. You should not find something equivalent which is hundred percent same as other language.
In Turkish, there are two different past forms, one of them is story past, the other is rumor past. They are not related to the exact past and perfect tenses of English.
In my humble opinion, before starting a foreign language, you should get clear of the rules of your native language (or which you use most). Just try to feel the meaning, do not try to find the exact equivalents. Probably you can't find either.
