- Çevirmen-tercüman olabilmek için, her iki dili de gramer bilgisi, sosyal yapı, sanat, edebiyat ve kültür olarak çok iyi özümsemiş olmak, anlatımlarda anlam ve renk dokusunu vermek gerekiyor.Bu işte, hiç kuşkusuz,büyük çaba ve özveri ister.

So what is the difference between "sen gelmez oldun" and "sen gelmezsin" then for example? I don't understand it, could you explain please? Thanks.
ps: while re-reading my post, I realize that of course the first is past tense and the second is present. Still, why would you use aorist tense in this case, and not just "sen gelmedin" ?

"Sen gelmedin" başka , ""sen gelmez oldun " başka.
Ben tercüman-çevirmen-değilim.Bu çok zor bir iş. Tercüman-çevirmenler daha iyi bilirler.
"Sen gelmez oldun" derken, bu tümcede romantik bir anlam, hüzün dolu bir özlem/sitem ve şiirsel bir doku var.
İşte, bunu vurgulamak çok zor.
Görüldüğü gibi= â€Sen gelmedin", sadece geçmiş zamanda olan ve son bulan bir eylemi anlatır ve ifade eder.Yani= “Past tense.
Oysa buradaki anlatımın içeriği, geçmişte başlıyor, bugünü ve geleceği de duygusal bir biçimde etkiliyor.
Sonuç olarak, iki tümce arasında somut bir fark var.
Bu benim kişisel görüşÃ¼m...
"Önceleri hep gelirdin, beni arardın, sorardın, beni görmeden edemezdin, ama şimdi ne oldu ki artık hiç gelmiyorsun, hiç gelmez oldun ?" anlamında bir şey. ..
ŞÃ¶yle bir şey mi acaba ="You have not been coming back?Why?†Ve bu bağlamda bir tümce ya da tümceler kurmak gerekir.
Siz ne dersiniz?Bunu İngilizce bir tümce ya da tümcelerle nasıl söyleyebiliriz?

Unfortunately, my Turkish is not sufficient enough to grasp the whole difference/meaning.. But I guess the following quote is the bottom line of it?

Gümüş,
You said your turkish is not enough, and my english too.
"Sen gelmez oldun" means= A person used to come,see and talk to us everytime in the past time.But now he/she dont come to see and talk to us anymore, why?It was not a past tense only, effects this time and the future with feeling love, sadness, loneliness, reproach and deeply longing..
How can we say it poetic?
