Means
I can (or would be able to) help you not to be upset. If thats alright, or if thats ok.
Thats exactly how it would translate in english.

senin üzulmeni . Sen = you in= your uzulmek =upset, sad uzulmeni = your upset, your worries your saddness
sana yardim edebileceğim. Sana = to you yardim = help edebilmek = to be able eceğim = will ( present/ future)
olursa.= if thats ok . it usually can go olur mi? is that ok? or if olursa it means if its ok with you.
