What you propose is not a democracy. It is a dictatorship, with you as the dictator. I do not want to be part of a dictatorship. even with such a charming dictator as you.

Hum, well about the pay. Our CFO Aenigma will have to discuss the companies pay with you. We do offer an enhanced benefit package with a retirement plan. But we also expect our colleagues to work very hard. You have to be flexable at a moments notice at all times of the day. When your sleeping in the middle of the night and your phone rings. "Trudy we need to make reservations immediately for Nancy she needs to be in Ankara by 11:00 p.m. tomorrow, she cannot find her dudu. That's when it can get a little stressful. Did I mention you may have to work holidays? They seem to be the worst days out of the year. But we do pay you double time then.

The only rule we have is to be silly....and it doesn't seem to be difficult for some of us. Alameda, you seem to be struggling with being silly....just let go..join us..the band of silly western women....

ooooooh .. I am web designer .. .. I am honoured .. do we have a domain name yet? what about: I-love-dudu.com It will be great!!!
Now I will need to get some good dudu photo's so that customers can browse for their perfect dudu .. do we also want a shopping cart where you can also add your sms/translation request .. prepaid of course!!! this is soooooo exciting!!
