Quoting Roswitha:

Alpha, here is the definition of love:
"Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, and it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, and always perseveres."

So many of our forums are about love. It is obviously a subject worth our time or we would not talk about it so much. I think in order to understand love, it is important to understand the demise of love...then I am reminded of a quote by Anais Nin: Love never dies a natural death. It dies because we don't know how to replenish its source. It dies of blindness and errors and betrayals. It dies of illness and wounds; it dies of weariness, of witherings, of tarnishings.

Quoting AlphaF:

The greatest concern and apparent haste of Turkish men , when it comes to foreign ladies, stem from a genuine humane interest to leave no lady feeling undesired.

Is that bad?

It is if it is deceptive. Making promises they do not intend to keep. That hurts more than feeling undesired.

When you know the other person is better off without you and you let them go. That is the most difficult type of love.

Yeah, as it has turned out Turkish men are bad men. Maybe, you should check the world inventory again to find more decent men in stock. If I gave you two bad Turkish men for the price of one, would you cut off on the complaints?
