Quoting thehandsom: Quoting valeria: It seems some people here are really not liking the Turkish men. Well, at least the men are willing to pay attention to women, and flatter and compliment them at all times, even if its for things in return. I am from Canada, and our problme here is the complete opposite. Men here, run the other way when they see women. For one, i live on the weat coast, where the male populatin is 60% gay. Second, if any man hears the word marriage,, they definetly run the other way, peole here either dont get married, or in their late 30's. I assure you, Turkish men are not that bad. I have had my fare share even in Canada, but even that was hard to come by. |
well said Valeria!! |

No one here is stating we don't like Turkish men. In fact many members are married to Turkish men. We are referring to posts where these girls fall madly in love over a holiday. Only to find out that these men are players. It happens all over the world, but this is a Turkish site so it's more targeted to Turkish men (dudus).

Also, it's not a bad idea until you wait till your 30's to get married. People rush into things way to fast. As far as Canada being 60% gay, I had no idea. That seems like a high percentage..

Quoting AEnigma III: ...sorry but, if your paragraph was written on the basis of translated love messages telling you how much you are loved, then I can well understand why you love it so much! Wonderful lust, no language....how exciting. But love????? |
People falls in love many different ways, i am sure its hard to understand other poeple and how they feel. But no one is to judje other peoples feelings. Any man in any culture can lay it on real thick with the compliments and such, and sometimes its real. The only people that know are the ones involved. And as for dudu'd, they are truly everywhere, this is just a turkish site,, so they are talked about most, hehe. I have nothing against turkish men. But yes they are very talented in the department of laying on the compliments, real or otherwise.

I agree with that for most people..I was 18 when I married..not a good idea..but it was family pressure. Atleast wait until you've got a good idea what you want in life outside of marriage before going into marriage. Otherwise how are you going to know what you want in marraige? It's best to wait atleast until mid 20's (the earliest). I am 27, and engaged, but probably won't be doing civil marraige for several years, but Muslim wedding Insallah this summer. We will see. My Turkish fiance is younger than me, and it is why we decided to wait for civil until he is a bit older..etc..

Again a very wise comment..
Actually, we, turkish men believe, there are two kind of women in the west:
a-women who like us and not afraid of admitting it.
b-women who like us but not admitting it.
