I means if you have been thru something terrible and it did not kill you...chances are you have learned an important lesson and therefore stronger.

Turkish is very "elastic" and that makes it ideal for puns and other word-plays.
Acı = trouble/pains also means spicy hot......
Alpha couldn't resist I guess! He made us all smile.
Maybe he is one of the troubles that helps strengthe you today?
