What is the difference between "hızlı" and "çabuk"?

The main meaning for çabuk is quick and for hızlı it is fast. I think this issue was discussed before.

Yes i also thought it worked that way

sessiz = silent/quiet
sessizce = quietly

gizli= secret
gizlice = secretly

I thought that -ce-/-ca- makes a word an adverb (im not sure if this is the correct english word for zarf)

Deli_kizin,
yes the information you gave is correct. The suffix -ca, -ce, -ça, -çe makes adverbs (zarf or belirteç) out of nouns or adjectives. It has also other functions and this is one of its functions only.
By the way instead çabukça we normally say çabucak. So this one is irregular. Çabuk is also an adjective and an adverb at the same time. Not all adjectives are like this.

There is no such thing as a language without irregularities But comparing to other languages, we can definitely state that Turkish has only a few irregularities.

My german teacher always tells us proudly how the German language is build up from rules. Yeah, very nice..but every rule he teaches us, is accompanied with only 'a few exceptions'. Whereas in Turkish, the irregularaties mostly have to do with pronunciation-simplifying (oh how good when English is not your mothertongue :-S) and otherwise just need to be learnt by heart. There aren't as many as in other language, that is!

I ve gone to the corner shop to buy cigarettes with pyzamas and slippers even Do you think it would hurt me to go without jewellery and make up? (I hate jewellery anyway)

But they say that when you have natural beauty, you don't need make up. That must be my case!

You must have been desperate for a puff

It is rare that I take off my rings and always have a number of bangles - apart from body jewelry, that is all the jewelry I usually wear......unless out clubbing or something

Hehe

Yeah but you could also be the monkey-case as said in a dutch saying: Even when a monkey wears a golden ring, it remains an ugly thing!

So maybe you just dont want to be bothered with it, cos u know it doesnt make a difference But im sure that's not the truth, because you're Greek

Yes, monkey-case could also be my case.
Oh God! I ve always thought i was looking good enough to avoid make up and all those things that make women look better.
But then again, i could be the monkey in your story and all the above, just excuses to myself.
Oh well...I ll stay away from beauty tricks one way or the other (at least for now). And, this way, nobody will run away in the morning, when my make up will be gone. What you see is what you get here!

Good 'phone isn't it.
I especially like the email client on it

Only real negative I have found with it is the inability to set recurring calendar entries

The negative thing I have found, is that it's camera is very sensitive and I can't get a clear photo. 9 in 10 are blur
Or is it that my hands are shaking? God! I m getting old!

The only time I get a blurred shot if when light levels are low.......in those cases I tend to turn the brightness up (using the joystick in picture taking mode). Where possible you should make sure your arm is leaning against something solid - but that is true for all cameras.....not just 'phone cameras!
