Thanks, MrX. I just loved this and it really made me stop and think...

in this case i believe it is no need to regret for not having the opportunity to apologize, especially since biscuits were shared .
there will still be plenty occasions left in the future to offer biscuits in order to correct a misjudgement. and to 'be part of the exchanging flow'...

If she would have said something to him like, "HEY GET YOUR HANDS OFF MY COOKIES", then he could have told her that they were his cookies and then she would have apologized. I think the lesson here is SPEAK UP WHILE YOU HAVE THE CHANCE! People are to busy trying not to look bad or say the wrong thing or be impolite...that is my take on it anyway.

i think most of us forget many good feelings and behaviours in the difficulties or worries of daily life,but i think thats really usefull to start each new day with thinking of what can we do more today to add a bit more on darkness as a single candle
