Surely you know them both by now, sugar?
Anyway - how did you want your eggs? Scrambled? Why not have menemen instead - full of cancer-preventing tomatoes (handy amid the clouds of cigarette fumes here) plus it's a *traditional* Turkish breakfast. How much more suitable need it be?

I'll make a note of that for when I return!
Unfortunately I doubt the hotel will provide it but I am sure I will find it somewhere Breakfast at the hotel is self service olives, fruit, cheese, etc. with egg either boiled, poached, scrambled, fried or omlette......I can oredr two of three of those including the two I like least :-S

Try asking - I'm sure the hotel kitchen (whose cooks - aşÃ§ılar - will of course be Turkish) should be able to make it for you. In fact, if a yabancı asks for something so traditionally Turkish and *in* Turkish, they will prolly fall over themselves preparing it for you...

Quoting bod: Quoting ramayan: of course between religious people |
What do you mean by "between religious people" ???
Unless the person I was talking to was wearing a dog collar or similar religious attire, it would not so much as cross my mind to consider whether or not they happened to be "religious" (whatever that means!) |
dude dis kind of greeting is coming from our religion ok? so the ones who are not religious even use it...u dont need to be muslim to use it..it became a part of turkısh and turks..so i mean especially religious ones use it...if u say ssomeone selamun alykum he wont be angry...he will be glad bcos u are talking in his own culture in his own language...dis means u can say selamun aleykum with ur sweet red boots
