Hi! Could someone tell me if I am correct or even close in my admit.... I want to say "Please tell "xyz" I love him when he calls you"
Lütfen, seni çağırdığı zaman onu seviyorum "xyz'a" söyle

I hope a natıve speaker can help wıth the best way to wrıte thıs.
IMHO The fırst are last words are just rıght and ın the correct place ın the sentence.Over all
They might understand, but the word order, a little confusing (For Turksish).
I would translate this as "Please, that summoning time Him I am loving to XYZ say."
There is a verb form to express "whenever" *dukçe. Also At least on thıs forum, the verb
usually assocıated wıth"phone calls" ıs aramak. (lıterally to hunt=)
I would wrıte ıt lıke "Lütfen,o seni aradukçe zamanda (your name)'dan xyz'a "onu seviyorum" söyle.

Let's suppose you are in love with a guy called Emre, so then the message- according to me would be :
"Emre'nin seni aradigi zaman ona sevdigimi soyle lutfen "

The 'nin part after the personal name is something I learnt by usage but I am sure a native speaker can explain what I cannot

I didn't see this question last night before I replied.
"Emre'nin seni aradigi zaman..." 'nin is a possesive suffix
It is used because it is "Emre's ..Calling time" being discussed. It is a little more involved than I can easily explain here, but I think in the Learn Turkish section, one of the lessons should cover it.

The -nın on Emre goes with the -i on aradık
i.e. The time that Emre rings:
Emre'nın aradığı zaman
Just like:
Senin aradığın zaman: the time when you call
Which can be shortened just to: Aradığın zaman
