Thanks in advance - is it something to do with I´m young but old enough for love??

 Think there are typos - there are definitely a few examples of bad grammar.

Pieceing together the bits:

I am young. please .... to you (yetmek means to be enough, but that doesn´t make sense), we are now lovers.

 Could it be... please it is enough for you that we are lovers???

 may be he/she was trying to say;

"Ben gencim,lütfen,sana yeterim,biz artık sevgiliyiz."

 maybe??

 actually i am sure, you know the stuation and you can come to a conclusion.

Thank you to everyone who has helped. I´m sure that Gordios is on the right tracks. It was very late after a full day´s work and he´d maybe had an efes or two. But thanks to everyone.

 maybe it was meant like "i am young, but for you it is enough, as we are lowers now"...
