the -miştir ending on yaz is the ´expect´ or ´must have´ ending. So here ´yazmiştir´ means ´I expect she wrote´ or ´she must have written´

( she refers to hanim that we had mentioned in a previous translation)

here "hanım" means "his wife". Sometimes men just say "hanım" (wife, lady) in the meaning of "hanımım" (my wife). He says:

My wife must have written it.

The tense is used in yazmiştir is mIş geçmiş zaman ,its what used when someone telling something, when you heard something...ect

Action that you havent witness.

So,its logical to translate it ´ expected she wrote it ´ would express the meaning .

Others would answer this better than me,but that is what i have learnt

Grammar wise,tır..is actually dIr,and it usually used at formal situations.

At newspapers advertisement,...ect at things like that.

But in informal speaking, many Turk use it in their speach to express the third person, some says its like v.to be in English, but actually its not.

İts what/how they used to use and say .

The ´miştir´ ending is an ending in its own right.  You use it when you are not sure that something has happened or not.

And it can be with -yor,-mış,-acak

And also its used with ad/sıfat...nouns and adjectives

ad/sıfat + dIr

And the other usage is what i said above with ilanlar ´advertisements´

so does hatunum means my wife?
