I know a LOT of Turks with diabetes....or blood sugar problems.....of course you know what the problem is, don´t you. It´s Western influence. It´s those bed Westerners introducing refined food......

 Gout is a painful form of arthritis ....I have heard it´s related to the eating of nightshades.

That´s not really proof, but I´d rather avoid an excess of these foods.
