Thanks dilliduduk, but could you rephrase ´No cure can be found for love other than lover´, in a
daha anlaþýlýr bir þekil?
To me it sounds as strange as, let´s say: ´No pears had been left to eat, other than apples.´
´No pears had been left to eat, other than apples.´
You are right. I think it is better to say, "no cure can be found for love except lover"
daha anlaþýlýr oldu mu?

So for love there is no other cure than a lover or a loved one,
and for me, there is no other cure than you.
Mmmh, I think I´m beginning to understand it.
exactly..

Actually, it´s a rather strange sentence, because if love is a disease, then a lover would be the virus or that what infected you. Wouldn´t curing the love would mean getting rid of your lover then? Makes no sense.

"no cure can be found for love except lover" this didn´t make sense also?
it meand the only cure for love is a lover. so it is not the bacterium, it is the antibiotic

I think it is thought that you are infected, not by your lover, but by love, and the lover is like a medicine.

I understand what you both say.
But normally (falling in) love in itself is already linked to a lover-person.
Maybe the curing is when reality steps in, when you get married and are confronted
with the real person behind that lover-facade. Love can be quickly cured then!
But that´s not something for a poetic song ; ))

the thing is that, if you are in love with someone, it doesn´t mean that this person is your lover...

Mmmh, that´s getting rather confusing, don´t you think? You would replace the one infection by the other then?
