No because daha iyi means better and you can't make it reverse, olur stays in the end and çok can just come before daha iyi because otherwise it would be like saying "more much expensive" (I don'T give the example with better because it doesn' take more
Cappish?

If you add its details too, it is (will be) much more better (than before)

Gelecek yılın çok daha iyi olmasını istiyorum.
I want this year much more better (than last year-s)

I understand the principle, but in english we would leave the 'more' .. I think we make a mistake here tho:

iyi = good
daha iyi = better
çok daha iyi = much better

So we can skip the 'more' right ?

I want coming year to be much better

Gelecek yılın çok daha iyi olmasını istiyorum.

"more better" cannot exist, as the "more" is already hidden inside the "better". So íf something is really 'more better' then it should be best
