You could write a letter to Turkey embassy in your country and ask for details. But as far as I know you can get tourist visa in airport. You can stay in country for 1 month (30 days) with this visa and it costs 15 euro.

Check the Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs website, there you will see if Philippines nationals need visa to enter Turkey, and what type of visa should you get in case it is necessary to have one.

The airport visa is available only to certain countries like the USA or many EU nations, others don´t even need a tourist visa like us Venezuelans or some other Latin American countries.

You can go to Turkish Embassy in the Philippines and secure application form and therein, you will find out the requirements in applying for a visa which include the letter of invitation from Turkey.  You must have a visa prior to leaving the Philippines.  Or, you can contact a travel agency to process your visa.

Good Luck

I got my visa at the airport. All I needed to show is my passport and pay whatever the fee was (I think it was $30 or $40 from the USA). They put a little sticker in your passport and you´re all set. Nothing to it.

You can´t work when you´re a tourist in any country (at least I haven´t heard of any that allow that). Here´s some more info about working in Turkey: http://www.turkishclass.com/forumTitle_22081
