Hmmm after giving this some consideration, you would have to check also under:-
Aenigma (about 4000 posts?)
Aenigma x (about 10,000 posts)
SineNomine (about 1000 posts)
I am sure there are about 6 more usernames but I forget them

what do you think of green coffee? people say it helps a lot to slim.

what about doing some gym
why people always think that eating or drinking something helps them to slim
I think practice some gym everyday, running, walking 1-2 hours per day is the best way

Dear Elena,
FYI, I go to gym everyday. I run 3km for warming up and work out 1hr. I also swim about 0,5km every other day. I lost about 11kg in about 3 months.
However, I discovered I have a problem with my spine. Now I cant enjoy most of my exercises except for swimming.
So what do you think of green coffee?

Dear Elena,

I am sorry but in this case I cant help you..
I walk every day (even on my heigh heels 2-3 km and my weight is still 50 kg like at my 19 years
you can try green coffee..you know, there is not a single medecine for all of us; what helps somebody kills anoter one
