e.g.

I can do this - Bunu yapabilirim (geniþ zaman) / Bunu yapabiliyorum (þimdiki zaman)

I am able to dance. - Dans edebilirim (geniþ zaman) / Dans edebiliyorum (þimdiki zaman)

I can say this - Bunu söyleyebilirim (geniþ zaman) / Bunu söyleyebiliyorum (þimdiki zaman)

but for negative (not to be able to), it is NOT -ebilmemek.

e.g.

I cannot do this. - Bunu yapamam (geniþ zaman) / Bunu yapamýyorum (þimdiki zaman)

for the simple present or continuos tenses without the modal verb:

positive:

I am doing this - Bunu yapýyorum (þimdiki zaman)

I am dancing - Dans ediyorum (þimdiki zaman)

I say this - Bunu söylerim(geniþ zaman)/

I am saying this - Bunu söylüyorum (þimdiki zaman)

negative:

And about the song, I didn´t know it, but I googled it and I found somethings, I am not sure if one of them is the one you are talking about. In these cases "-me" is not for making negative, but for making isim-fiil

yaþayabilmem = my living without you

e.g.:

Ne seni söküp atmam mümkün,
Ne de sensiz yaþayabilmem.

It is neither possible to throw you away (from my heart), or to live without you (literally: my living without you)

Seni unutabilmem
Sensiz yaþayabilmem
Sensiz mutlu olabilmem ne mümkün...

It is not possible for me to forget you, to live without you, or to be happy without you

(My forgetting you, my living without you or my being happy without you are not possible)
