Saðlýðýnýz için salatalýk seçin! Zeytin, beyaz penir, ayran, salatalýk çok iyi olur.

I like:

- Kaygana (I added feta and parsley to it, it was delicious)

- Menemen (scrambled eggs with veggies)

Sigara Böreði (delicious but a bit time consuming, the diced tomatoes really are a nice touch)

Here are some other ideas for breakfast.

Afiyet olsun!

Maybe you could buy the sigara boregi ready rolled so you just have to fry/bake them when you are ready.

But Menamen can be made the night before.  Just have some lovely fresh bread ready and youre in for a lovely breakfast.

afiyet olsun

 There are some nice recipes there, thanks!

In particular, I like the celery lamb stew.

garie...I wouldn´t get so fancy for breakfast personally.  I love just a simple Turkish breakfast of tea, toast, jam, olives, sliced tomatos, yogurt and that wonderful salty cheese (feta does very nicely).

That wonderful salty cheese is ´beyaz peynir´ ("white cheese") very similar to Feta as I wrote in Turkish.

Salatalýk= Cucumber

Zeytin = Olives

Ayran = Buttermilk

Not in a toaster, on a stove I remember those days, when my mom put bread slices on the stove and toast them. Then we spread butter on the bread... Mmmm was tasty, I miss them Cry
