i need to prepare breakfast....

garie...I wouldn´t get so fancy for breakfast personally.  I love just a simple Turkish breakfast of tea, toast, jam, olives, sliced tomatos, yogurt and that wonderful salty cheese (feta does very nicely).

so how do the turkis toast the bread? in a toaster?

thanks i got an idea..  one more thing one should be the alternative for lamb meat coz here in phil. we dont have lamb meet so  what is the best alternative for that.. coz i cooking food is one of my hobby!!! we only have beef, chicken and carabao

 I´d go with beef.

That wonderful salty cheese is ´beyaz peynir´ ("white cheese") very similar to Feta as I wrote in Turkish.

Salatalýk= Cucumber

Zeytin = Olives

Ayran = Buttermilk

Not in a toaster, on a stove I remember those days, when my mom put bread slices on the stove and toast them. Then we spread butter on the bread... Mmmm was tasty, I miss them Cry
