well chilli am trying, and also always mention am a learner........any problem ??????
no need to PM me to tell me not to mention in my translation that should wait for a pro, because when I say wait for a pro it means that I might be wrong, this has nothing to do with you or with else transaltion, so take it easy.....
wish some professional or administrator answering me, if am confusing the initiators

your messages are send almost at the same time so I guess you even didn´t see chili´s msg before you wrote yours. Of course you should try and I think actually this is the purpose of the site isn´t it?
It is sometimes not nice that somebody makes another translation after one correct one has been made, but as I said, sometimes you don´t see the one before yours if it was just a few minutes ago.

meet: buluþmak
meet: not to karþýlaþmak
Just a quick note to help learners, not to correct anyone!
Buluþmak and karþýlamak both mean meet, but they are used in completely different circumstances.
Buluþmak is used as in to meet up with someone: e.g. I will meet you at 5:30, he met his friends at the restaurant before the film etc.
Karþýlamak is to meet someone when they arrive somewhere like to meet someone at the station when they get off the train, or to meet someone at the airport. It is also used for "bumping into someone" - a meeting that isn´t planned - I met my friend in the high street when I was going to see my auntie.

For the last one that I made bold, it is "karþýlaþmak"

Thanks dilliduduk for your explanation, effectively it was timing. overmore, did not quote chilli, I was quoting sheena. yet don´t know if his quote was correct or not. anyway...
