Yesterday someone described me as 'plump'! as far as I am concerned only grapes, olives, tomatoes and chickens are best when they are 'plump'. I shall now be starving myself for the next three months, all expressions of sympathy (and disagreement)from my friends will be welcome

That's how they are going to describe me, starting from tomorrow. Easter is here, for us Orthodox's, and everyone can understand that it's impossible to say no to a mother who has spent the last couple of days preparing dinner like crazy (my mom). As if she is going to feed an army!
But they ve told me that some pure lemon juice afterwards, can burn the fat. Oh my! I ll need a whole field of lemon trees to burn it all! :-S

Hehe, very true

I read an interview with Beyonce Knowles once and one of her tricks to keep in shape is having a rather poor lunch, 6 slices of cucumber and 3 slices of tomato....

Sophie, if there are any left-overs, please contact me

No. Really 'plump' is not how I see myself. List of things that are acceptable as 'plump'
Babies
tomatoes
olives
chickens
grapes
peaches (well all fruit is best when 'plump'
Lips - lips are good 'plump'
puppies
Handbags. I like a nice 'plump' handbag, it suggests it contains lot of goodies - Likewise purses and wallets are good 'plump'
I am sure there are lots of other perfectly desirable 'plump' things.
Escargot - you wouldn't want a skinny snail in your garlic butter would you?

Now Bliss, how much lemon juice have you?

Girls! No one 'has' Alpha

Alpha, as you know is the king of cool. Alpha is an enigma. He slips quietly in an out of the site, barely staying for long enough to write him a PM. If you see him. I guarantee he will be gone before you finish writing your message.

Alpha lives in a shadowland somewhere between Istanbul and cyber space. Reach out for him and he will slip through your fingers like smoke from a fine cigar!

Does Alpha exist at all? Or is he a figment of our fertile imaginations. Are we all looking for an Alpha in our lives? Is he the personification of our individual desires? Is he the composite 'ideal man' Charming, mature, cultured, intellectual, funny, warm, caring, kind, faithful, gentle, loyal, does he have suits that make Frank Sinatra look like a hobo (nice quote from 'Anchor Man') is he also gallant and sexy ? Alas we will never know...

I don't know what the rest are looking for in their lives. What I DO know is what me and a friend here are looking for. So here it goes:

To:whomever it may concern

Zillionaire MANAV is wanted from an aslan and a kaplan. Kindly post your CV in this thread. The one with the biggest quantity of lemons in his possession will be preferred.

...actually I believe that we might be able to accept smaller amounts of lemons...as long as the zillionaire manav hold other qualities that compensates it...but that is something that we can not guarantee...it will be negociated in every particular case!

...wow...now we just have to wait, kaplan!

I repeat: a zillionaire greengrocer is desperately needed!
Except from the lemons, any other quantity of vegetables and fruits would be highly appreciated, since i m planning to go on a diet, starting from tomorrow. Do you have any idea how expensive grocery has become in greece?

*note: I ll get the vegetables and aslan will get the zillions. Do you think she is cheating me? *
